Hawaii Medical Transport Notice

Our non-emergency long-distance ground transport service operates only within the continental United States. We do not provide bedside-to-bedside ground pickups or ground dropoffs in Hawaii.

If your family is arranging a separate flight or other carrier for the Hawaii portion of travel and needs a licensed medical ground team for the mainland portion inside the lower 48, we may still be able to help with that continental-U.S. segment.

• Hospital, rehab, nursing-facility, and home transfers over 180 miles in the lower 48
• Stretcher, bariatric, oxygen, and medically supervised transport for stable patients

What We Do Not Provide

• Bedside pickup or bedside dropoff in Hawaii
• Air travel or ocean transport arranged directly by our ground team
• Online quote requests that include Hawaii pickup or destination addresses, because the quote system supports continental-U.S. locations only
