The five factors that set your transport price

• Distance and route. The miles between the pickup address and the destination address are the primary driver of every long-distance transport quote. State-to-state transports of 180 or more miles are our specialty.
• Seated or lay-down transport. All of our vehicles let clients lie completely flat or sit up during transport. A passenger who must travel lying down needs a different configuration than one who can ride seated.
• Care needs during the trip. Coordinators review the passenger's own medications, any equipment the passenger brings, and support for personal comfort devices. Passengers manage personal medications or travel with a caregiver. The requested support shapes the quote.
• Bedside-to-bedside logistics. We pick up from and deliver to the exact room — home, hospital, or care facility — including stairs, transfers, and coordination with staff at both ends.
• Scheduling. Pickup timing and coordination requirements at each facility round out the price of the trip.

What every quote includes

Your price is for a complete transport — not a ride. Every trip runs in a vehicle we own (we conduct all our own trips and do not broker to outside vendors). A coordinator confirms the planned driver and attendant roles for that trip before booking, including whether a two-member crew is assigned. Vehicles are customized for safety and comfort, with full lay-down capability, rear air conditioning, and support for personal comfort devices.

A flat rate card would either overcharge families with simple trips or undercharge the transports that need the most care — so we price each trip against its actual route and needs. That is also why we encourage you to get your quote before making any decision: it is free, fast, and specific to your family’s situation. Distance is the primary factor — long-distance ground transports are priced by the route between the pickup and destination addresses. The level of care your loved one needs during the trip, bedside-to-bedside logistics at each end, and scheduling also shape the final quote.
• Why isn't there a flat price list? Because no two transports are the same. A 250-mile transport for a seated passenger and a 1,500-mile lay-down transport with oxygen support are very different trips. Your quote reflects the route and passenger’s travel needs. A coordinator reviews the requested arrangements with you before booking.
• Is the online quote really free? Yes. Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to booking. Your coordinator will review the rate, availability and your loved one’s travel needs with you before a reservation is made.
• Is long-distance ground transport the right choice for my family? For medically stable passengers who cannot travel by ordinary car or commercial flight, a staffed ground medical transport is often the most practical way to cover long distances. If we believe you are better off choosing an alternative method, we will be the first to let you know.
