We’re here to help you plan
Arranging a long-distance trip for someone you love can bring a lot of questions. Whether you are planning a move closer to family or travel between care communities, you can tell us what you know so far and ask about the details you are still working out.
Eastern Royal Medical Transport, LLC helps families with planned, non-emergency ground trips of 180 miles or more across the contiguous United States. Longer journeys can stay within one state or cross state lines. A coordinator reviews your loved one’s travel needs and the route before booking.
Talk with a transport coordinator
Call the number shown at the top of this page to ask about your route, how your loved one needs to travel, and availability. Your coordinator will confirm the planned driver and attendant roles for the trip.
Our coordinators are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Prefer to start online? Use the quote form on this page to share your pickup and destination, travel needs, and contact information.
A few details help us get started
- Pickup and destination: Start with both cities and states. Exact addresses are helpful when you have them.
- How your loved one travels: Tell us whether seated or lying-down travel is needed, along with mobility or transfer needs.
- A preferred date, if known: Share a date or a flexible window. You can ask questions while arrangements are still taking shape.
- Other travel details: Mention any passenger-supplied equipment or an accompanying caregiver so your coordinator can review the arrangements with you.
- Building information, when available: If a hospital or care community is involved, confirm the building and entrance with its staff. A travel-day contact can help everyone coordinate.
Review the quote before booking
Your coordinator will review the route, travel needs, any rate provided, and availability with you. You can ask questions about the arrangements before deciding whether to book.
A quote request is not a reservation, and there is no obligation to book. Trip details and availability must be confirmed before a booking is complete.
