Understand where nationwide service fits
Our scheduled non-emergency ground service is for trips of 180 miles or more within the contiguous United States. Crossing a state line does not by itself make a trip eligible, and a longer trip within one state may qualify. The two exact addresses determine the route and distance.
Eastern Royal owns its transport vehicles and directly employs its crews. The vehicles accommodate seated or lying-down travel, with rear climate control and support for passenger-supplied comfort devices. Tell your coordinator about mobility, positioning and equipment needs so the requested arrangements can be reviewed.
Build the plan around both endpoints
Start with the people and places involved at pickup and arrival. If a discharge, admission or family handoff is still being arranged, share what is confirmed and which details still need an answer.
- The complete pickup and destination addresses, including the facility or community name.
- The building, entrance, room or unit and a contact person at each end, if available.
- The preferred date and any discharge or arrival window still being coordinated.
- Stairs, elevators, gates and passenger needs that could affect access or travel.
