Comfort for a long-distance move
Our service is for trips of 180 miles or more within the contiguous United States. Eastern Royal’s vehicles accommodate seated or lying-down travel, with rear climate control and support for passenger-supplied comfort devices. The driver and attendant arrangements are discussed with you before booking.
Tell your coordinator how your loved one is most comfortable traveling and discuss mobility, prescribed oxygen or equipment needs. We will review whether our service fits the requested arrangements and help you understand the next step.
Prepare for a longer day of travel
Share the routines and comfort needs that matter to your loved one. Your coordinator can discuss belongings, space for an accompanying family member and what the receiving person should have ready. For a hospital discharge or care-community move-in, let us know which arrangements are still pending.
When pickup and arrival use different time zones, state the local time at each end. Confirm the travel plan with the coordinator; a map estimate or quote request is not a promised arrival time.
